Steam Valve the WORST in customer support.


So I haven't played half life 2 in a year and had forgotten my password. i contact steam and what they actually have is a machine answering all these questions. it turns out if you don't remember the answer to your secret question you are basically screwed.


the worst thing is i emailed them a copy of the receipt they sent me electronically to my registered email address and their stupid computerized customer service says that my email is not recognized.

well steam, i got news for you, i am NEVER EVER buying one of your games for now on.

Well here are some pics of my Germany 2006 Adventure during the WORLD CUP!!!! Too bad Korea didn't make it out but they were definitely the best Asian side. Tying France the eventual finalists was a good thing indeed. These pictures are all Taken at Frankfurt where the France Korea game was held.
